As a publisher, there are times in the production process when many hours will pass before I move from my chair and keyboard. When I do move, I am achy, grouchy and tired. I recently heard Laura speak about the importance of "movement" as a form of wellness. She is so passionate about her work, that I was compelled to try some of her simple movement techniques. And guess what...they work! My two favorites are to move from my seat every 15 to 30 minutes and the cross body exercises.
