Customized education and training: Based on the needs analysis and taking into consideration available space and resources, we work with you to develop and deliver customized presentations, workshops and movement instruction to address company—or department-specific—needs.
Conversations: We facilitate conversations with company leaders and managers on how to create a company culture that encourages employees to move more. The result is a holistic approach to wellness and an organizational culture that encourages all employees to improve their life and work-style habits.
Incentives: Out of these conversations, we help you to decide what kind of incentives your company might use to foster company-wide participation.
Evaluation: We check in on an ongoing basis to determine what's working and what needs to be adjusted. We are always focused on the most efficient way to lower costs, while building a healthier, happier and more fulfilled workforce.
