The programs we offer are for all employees — from the former super star athletes to those who don't like to exercise at all. We simply focus on helping employees to infuse movement — which can be as simple as standing up more often — into their regular workout day. It doesn't take any fancy equipment or gyms or fitness instructors — just a willingness to learn and take a new approach.
